Marisol Sarrazin
creator

With a background as a painter and accomplished illustrator of children's books, Marisol developed a unique approach during her studies at the prestigious Design department of UQAM.

As a speaker, she constantly enriches her skillset through ongoing human interaction. Marisol contributes to the overall stylistic dimension of each project, as well as its ergonomics and practical and aesthetic layout of spaces.

Her painter's perspective harmonizes the volumes of the habitat and highlights the natural environment of the site, creating unique and sumptuous places.

Creating Value with Passion and Rigor

Just like our clients, we care deeply about the future of our planet. This depends on our foresight to create a habitat that considers nature as a living partner. Science provides us with the leverage to accomplish this mission.

We are passionate about the unique challenges of each project. We accompany you on your journey towards the home of your dreams, following a realistic framework that balances all constraints. We remain present at every stage of the home's creation. To maintain a high level of quality, we select only two or three projects per year.

Technical approach

Technical or architectural plan analyzed and optimized according to energy consumption, lifestyle habits, current and future needs. Schedule, construction execution plan developed with the owner, as well as the development of a budget corresponding to the requests. Special attention is paid to details during construction.

Aesthetic approach

Consultation with the owner to establish their needs, expectations, and preferences. Integration of essential data: topography, orientation, dimensions, visual perspectives, circulation areas, proportion of spaces and openings.

From the inside, each window becomes a painting, an opening to nature. The objective is to transform, step by step, a natural space that is already beautiful into a more beautiful inhabited place.

Certification

All Maison Intégrale homes are Novoclimat 2.0 certified. They meet LEED criteria and can be accredited upon request. The Novoclimat accreditation grants access to a provincial government subsidy.
